Our headquarters is located just east of the iconic Y-Bridge, that spans the confluence of the Licking and Muskingum Rivers in Zanesville. We serve the residents and businesses in the city of Zanesville, but our service area also encompasses the idyllic towns and vibrant villages that surround the area. We serve customers with HVAC or electrical services as far west as Newark and Lancaster; south to Vienna; North to Coshocton, and east to Barnesville.   

If you live here, you know that we get a wide range of weather and temperatures. In the summers it an get hot and humid. In the winters, the temperatures can drop below freezing and stay that way for quite awhile. Fortunately, the snowy days in the country side are picture perfect, and the many rivers in the area make hot summers fun. We love living and working in this area and helping people with their heating, air conditioning, and electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance.
