Position Summary
In this position you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating projects, and performing various clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
- Ability to participate in and oversee numerous administrative responsibilities
- Performs general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Performs HR tasks as assigned, including new hire onboarding and orientation, creating and distributing process procedure documents, employee record keeping
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Maintains detailed notes and follows up on all requests, both internal and external in a timely manner.
- Assists other office personnel to perform various duties including answering phones
- Self-motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks simultaneously.
- Possesses a team player mentality and communicates in a friendly and professional manner to customers, vendors, and employees through phone calls, emails and text messages.
- Possesses a positive and highly self-motivated attitude and approach to their work.
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year of office experience required
- High School Diploma or College Degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Must be able to always follow safety guidelines
- Must have ability to manage and lead effectively
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- This position works in the office environment.
- The office environment is controlled and maintained in a safe manner. Adherence to Safety Policy and Driving Safety Policy is vital.
- The physical demands for this position are light. Occasionally lift/carry items up to 30lbs.
Additional Considerations
Communicates and interacts with employees on all level in the office. Sets an example for employees in the company. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
External Relationships:
The title will have high level of contact with customers and vendors, and will be required to maintain professional communication and appearance at all times during work hours.
