Position Summary
Ables Inc. is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks that help manage all company marketing. Marketing Coordinators will conduct market research, carry out promotional campaigns and identify marketing strategies to elevate new business. They will also be responsible for communication for all community involvement to promote business. In this position, you will be a liaison between the marketing company and Ables to ensure timely communications.
Ables Inc. takes great pride in their reputation, the marketing and sales coordinator must be always professional as they will work closely with business partners, customers and important people within the community.
Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate participation in local events and sponsorships
- Research current marketing trends to stay current
- Work with MPW to manage and update current billboards
- Work with MPW to manage and update Radio & TV communications
- Work with upper Management and MPW to maintain a set marketing budget
- Work with MPW to create and implement an annual marketing plan
- Work with MPW to create and design new marketing materials
- Create and Maintain Outdoor Digital Sign
- Back up for receptionist when needed
- Manages companies’ internal social media posts
- Complete Store Sales as needed
- Maintain open communication with MPW
Experience Requirements
- Self motivated and able to handle rapidly changing priorities and several tasks simultaneously.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The physical demands for this position are light. Must be able to use standard office equipment such as telephone, computer, files, copier, scanner, etc. Occasionally lift/carry items up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to respond to difficult situations with customers and co-workers with high level of professionalism.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with vendors and co-workers.
- Must be able to always follow safety guidelines.
- Must have ability to manage and lead effectively. Always have a good attitude for the best customer service, even when in a bad mood.
